no reference documents appear when create return order in app "Manage Customer Returns "

Hi experts，

When I create return order in PCE following scope item 3TE, in page "Create Returns Order from Reference Document", there are no reference documents in the list and appear even though I cleared all the filters. however, we already created many sales orders and billing documents.  

is there any one can tell me if I miss any configuration for return order in fiori?

Hello, You create a sales document with the order type for returns. You can create the return in one of the following ways: – Without reference to an order – With reference to an existing order Here you enter which order the complaint refers to. – With reference to an invoice Here you enter which invoice the complaint refers to.
