No preliminary cost estimate for product cost collector 700131 found

Hi,

when I'm trying to create a Cost estimate for product cost collector with WIP(MTS / Product costing by period) I'm getting the below error

i have run CK40N for this product 

just wanted to let you know that BOM and routing both exists   

I have maintained MRP4 

OSP2

version 

but earlier when i have created a product cost collector without WIP then it worked  and i was able to do all the steps till settlement with no issue
