No Possible Entries exist - Shipping Point in Sales Quotation

Dear Experts, 

May I get your input?
I am not able to complete sales quotation and got the error as Shipping point & Receiving point missing.
And, when trying to add got the error as "No possible entries exist".
Below are the set-up in the system. May I know what was missing there?

Hello,

Please check if relevant master data is maintained....

1) Shipping conditions for Business partner (Shipping tab) &

2) Loading Group for Material Master for (Sales: General / Plant tab).
