No Payment Media Created in Format GB_BACS

Hi

Some of our users a receiving the following error in FPAYM

No Payment Media Created in Format GB_BACS

Message No. BFIBL02159 ( Diagnosis No payment media were created for format GB_BACS for payment group 0)

We have created a new legal entity and it is for this LE only that they are having issues. However other users are able to run the file no problem.

We have been told its not an authorisation(role) issue .

Any ideas ?
