No. of Available license is showing wrong

Dear Experts,

I have made request for licenses for my one of the customer i.e.:

Professional - 1

Logistics - 2

Finance - 1

While importing the license file has installed successfully. But in License Administration no. of license in Component Tab details are showing like this:

for Professional :

Total Number = 1

Available Licenses = 0 (bcoz 1 Professional License is allocated to manager user)

for Logistics :

Total Number = 2

Available Licenses = 1

(this license is not allocated to any user so according to that Available license should be 2, why this is showing wrong )

for Finance :

Total Number = 1

Available Licenses = 0

(same case with this also, this license is also not allocated to any user so according to that Available license should be 1, why this is showing wrong )

Please help me out....

Thanks in advance

Hi Nitu........

Do you have another database in your server also?

If yes then those Licenses might be occupied in this demo or other DB also.

Please check whether you have given licenses to the other DB then deallocate that.......

Then restart your SAP services along with License service.

Import the license file once again.............

HI,

log out All users from Business One

Rename the file B1Upf.xml (stored in C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\License) on Server system

Stop and then Start the licence service from the SAP B1 Server Suite Manager

Login to Business One and re-assign the licences to the users (in Administration > License > License Administration)

Thanks,
