Have you already checked the serial number profile in the Material Master Record, it seems to not allow serial numbers to be created (as explained in the message long text, IO214)

No, it allows creating serial numbers... but I asked to swaps the serial number and they got this error (No new serial numbers can be entered for material)

You could try to set some break-points at start of FM such as SERIALNUMBER_READ or EQUIPMENT_NUMBER_CHECK ?

Hi Murtadha1,

You have set the existence requirement flag in your serial number profile customizing. Which means you have to first create the serial numbers, e. g. via app Create Material Serial Number (IQ01), before you can use them in logistics processes. If you haven't created them first, you get this error message.
