NO MRP List Exist in MD06/ After MRP Run: Backward Overlapping with Takt time

Dear Experts,

I am experiencing a strange behavior in sap. I run the MRP of a material successfully, the appropriate Quantities and Dates have been fired up with correct exception messages, visible in MD04. However, the same is not getting reflecting in MD06/MD05 when I am going to analyze with exception messages groups.

Here is the MD04 screen shot. I am using Backward Overlapping Lot size with 4 days of Takt time in system with PIR of 1100 Pcs.

Hello

There is no MRP list on MD05? Do you see any error message?

Check which parameter has been defined for the creation of MRP lists on the MRP variant. It is possible to define that the MRP list will not be created or that it will be only created in case of an exception.

Check also the creation indicator on the MRP group customizing.
