No more possible to change the content of a PR or PO

Hello Expert,

We have a requirement for Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order: once they have been released (approved), it should be no more changeable:

Not possible changing the existing line for PR (as we are item level release for PR)

Not possible for changing the existing line or adding a new line  for PO  (header level release for PO)

How can it be done?

Changeability indicator 1 can be used for PR but in case of PO you need to cross check the requirement from business as there are maximum chance PO can be created and later edited based on vendor feed back or price change or any change on condition/S of purchase !

Hi,

Please check the release indicator config, where you can set the changeability as 1, which means document not changeable after release.
