No item type determined for lower-level item (OUTB DLG) error in SMQ2

Hello,

When I maintain the complete delivery indicator in ERP delivery and trigger to EWM, its stuck in smq2 with error "No item type determined for lower-level item (OUTB DLG)". If I don't maintain the indicator, the queue is processed, and deliveries are received in EWM. 

I have activated delivery split at delivery type level. let me know what the possible reasons could be?

if you don't find item type OTXT then you must activate the bc sets "/SCWM/DLV_OUTBOUND_TEXT" in SCPR20
