No cost estimate found in CK40n

Dear Frndz

I have created an item 'FG03' for which the BOM and routing has been created, now am trying to do the costing run for the item in CK40n.But, when am executing the analysis part of the costing run, the system is saying 'No Cost Estimate Found' , Pls help me to solve this issue, so that I can release the costing.

Dear Srinivasan Muthu,

While executing CK40N,

mention the material,material type and plant combination properly and carryout all the steps like

selection,structure explosion ,costing (not in background processing)and then if you need to analyse

carrout that and then mark and release.

Also ensure you are using the proper costing version and costing variant for costing purpose.

Hi Srini,

You can do one thing, create a production version with created BOM and routing, do the check production version and save.

Now go to CK11n :

Provide, costing variant,Costing version and and lot size:

Based on lot size system should automatically pick correct version.

Even then, go to last tab QTY Struct: and choose prod version if no chosen. then run costing.It will work.

Another condition is that both the routing(02,03,04) and BOM status(01,03 should be the one with costing relevancy

Kindly check all these and after running in CK11n , if no errors you have to do CK24 for releasing the price, which will be done automatically if you run CK40N.

Check for this material with CK11n and CK24. You will know if any other error's are there
