No Business Place assigned to contract

Any idea why I'm encountering error "No business place assigned to contract IS5810*" when activating a real estate contract? I'm currently exploring the starter system using the pre-defined company code 5810. Am I missing some configurations or maintenance in the real estate side? I'm not seeing any business place field in the contract. Thanks!

Go to RECN > Conditions > Term > Organizational Assignment > Enhancements > Assign Business Place here as i mentioned in my screenshots
