No Balance is available : Check the repayment while doing complete repayment in 0045 IT.

Dear All

While try to do the complete repayment for the employee PF Loan Principle and Interest which has start date as 01.04.2014, system is not accepting to enter complete repayment. IT is simply removing the entry automatically.

It is showing a warning message as" on 10.01.2015 no balance is available : Check the repayment".

After clicking enter it is showing error message and complete repayment not able to do.

Request you all please give me inputs on this,

This issue has been solved. Thanks a lot for your inputs & quick response.

The error is due to "Value Date for Payroll Area in T506S".

Dear Mastan,

please post all the screens from the IT 0045 (basic data, condition, payments) and how much amount was repaid and how much outstanding is there ? now what you are doing ? if you are giving half information no one can suggest good solution.

and as per the screen shots amounts are not tallying also.

Below are the screen shots, I want to do complete repayment. But when I am trying to do Complete repayment ( External ) system is not allowing me to create the record. Throwing a message as " no balance available : check repayment ".

Has the loan been fully repaid? The message indicates that there is no balance. Please add a screenshot of the Basic data tab.

Why are you creating a complete repayment on 10.01.2016? By that time , the balance will be nil since the regular repayments will be complete before then.

Dear Mastan, As per my observation from your above screen shots, Kindly check: 1. As per the repayment schedule if this is the last installment, if yes then the loan will be automatically be closed, you wouldn't need to do the repayment. 2. If the date that your updating as repayment date is correct. Regards, Bhabagrahi

Even if I am trying to close the loan by using complete repayment with today's date, system is showing the same warning message as " on 07.10.2010 no balance is available : check the repayment.

Put the date as 01.10.2015 and check.

1. Repayment schedule is not the last installment. There is outstanding balance still available.

2. The date which I am updating is current month date.
