Hello Team,
We are trying to access some configuration in CBC and get this error message. I have this problem for the activity: S_ER9_11001473, config activity 106626 and reviewing the matrix menctioned in:
SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Accelerators
-> Implementation -> Configuration apps
We didn't find the related catalog that need to be added to the role. In the configuration role assigned to the user we added all the configuration related catalog menctioned in the your post from2024 Sep 13 9:32 AM (No Authorization to Start the UI for Transacation: https://community.sap.com/t5/enterprise-resource-planning-q-a/no-authorization-to-start-the-ui-for-t...) and the error persist.
Its the same with the activity: 106166 with the code: S_EB5_05000350
Could you guide Us how to find what is the missing catalog for this activity code?

You're encountering a common issue in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, where access to certain configuration (IMG) activities like S_ER9_11001473 (activity 106626) and S_EB5_05000350 (activity 106166) is blocked due to missing authorisation catalogs in Central Business Configuration (CBC).
In Public Cloud, access to SSCUIs (configuration activities) is controlled by business catalogues, not transaction codes. When you see an error like:
“No Authorization for transaction S_ER9_11001473 of IMG Activity - ES_V_T059Z_WITHCD2”
