Dear All, I have got a requirement in New GL distribution functionality (Tcode:FAGLGA35) to distribute cost from one GL account to another 3 GL accounts based on percentages. But I am unable to see the option to map the GL account as receiver in Field Usage for Distribution settings (Tcode :GCA6). Please let me know how I can proceed?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Eashwari, The issue is there is no receiver option for RACCT field in Tcode GCA6. Currently only sender option is available for RACCT field in the leading ledger totals table. Do you know how to add this option for RACCT field.

Hi, I have tried deleting and creating new entry in GCA6 and I am able to see the Receiver option now for the RACCT field. But after selecting that option and when I tried to save the new entry that time the receiver option disappers and saves only rest of the options. I have tried the same for FAGLFLEXT table as well as my leading ledger table.Is there any other settings missing?
Hi Ragech,
I think that I have the same requirement as you had:
I want to use the NewGL allocation process to transfer posted Balances of account "A" (sender values) from a sender account "B" to a different receiver account "C".
Example:
Sender rule/ value -> Account "A" = Debit 1000 USD
Allocation posting: Credit Account "B" (sender account) / Debit Account "C" (receiver account).
did you manage to do define the GL account as a receiver in order to force Account "C" in my examle above?
Thank you for your help
regards
Pascal
