Hi community,
I'm testing "Settlement Management" on S4 to replace "rebate" on ECC.
I'm doing some configuration, which I saw some support at https://community.sap.com/t5/enterprise-resource-planning-blogs-by-members/settlement-management-con....
I created a contract at tcode WCOCO similar to the link above.
Then I went to tcode WB2R_SC with this contract. At this moment I no longer have errors, but it does not generate any Credit Memo Request.
It looks like it only creates a temporary document.
I am using standard documents and numbering. What configuration will be missing?
Best Regards,
Daniel

Hi @daniel_cunha1,
In the preceding screen, please ensure that you select "Live Run" as the Run Type (under the Program Run Control section).
Additionally, in SAP Settlement Management, the system does not create a Credit Memo Request in SD as it would in ECC. Instead, it generates a Settlement Document with a direct posting to FI. There is also an option in the configuration to prevent the automatic release of the FI document if needed, providing greater control over the process.
Welcome to the SAP Settlement Management module! It features a completely different architecture and agreement management approach compared to SAP ECC SD rebates, offering enhanced flexibility and capabilities.
Best regards,
Gauthier

Hi @gvictor,
Thanks for the feedback.
A question about legal requirements: one of the legal principles in countries that have "Certification of documents and SAF-T" is that any Credit Memo must identify the reference invoices. In the case of ECC, by extracting the XML from SAF-T it was possible to verify the N invoices referring to NC Rappel/rebate.
How does it work at the moment with theSettlement Document? From what I saw, it only contains 1 unique reference and no connection to any invoice.
Best Regards,
Daniel
Hello Daniel,
After settlement, report WB2R_BVDETAIL will show you the link between the rebate credit memo and the invoices which were used in the calculation of the rebate. This is the detailed statement of the settlement.
Thanks
