New Check box "Select Carry Forward Postings" in TCode FAGLB03

Dear Experts,

Recently we upgraded (Technical) our system to new SP pack to support India GST. With this upgrade we come across few changes like a Check box "Select Carry Forward Postings" in TCode "FAGLB03". There is no F1 help to know the purpose of this check box. If anyone come across this issue can you share what is the use of this check box.

Please find screen shot for the same.

I searched SCN, SAP notes, help.sap everything but no where nothing mentioned regarding this.

Hi,

You will find the info in note 1830344 - FAGLB03: Values of bal. carryfwd postings are not available.

This flag will show you the values from YE postings made via FAGL_IT_01 transaction.
