Neither the system nor the acount has a printing definition., '' [Message 65030-7]

Hi all,

When trying to print a cheque for payment we choose the PLD and have set up the template in the House BAnks window but still get a Neither the system nor the acount has a printing definition., '' [Message 65030-7] when trying to print preview? This is for both the system PLDs and the newly created one. What are we doing wrong or what have we missed?

Have you checked in Demo db? Can you preview there?

Hi all,

Just in case anyone else gets this message what i did to resolve it is go to Admin-System Initialisation-Print Preferences-Per Document-Chq for payment and then put….wait for it....a number in the "maximum Lines" field. Was blank but comparing setting by setting with the demo database which printed fine i noticed that in the demo that field had 5 in it buy n the troublesome database the field was empty. Filled it in and the print preview worked as expected

En mi caso el PLD estaba dañado o corrupto. La forma en que lo solucioné fue eliminandolo y lo volví a importar desde una DB de pruebas usando la herramienta de Tareas de implementación
