Need validation for PO print PDF to be non-editable after downloading it from SAP

Dear SAP,

we need to develop a validation in PO print PDF so that it would be non-editable after downloading it from SAP. Please suggest solution.

It is a standard system behavior and after downloading the pdf it can be edited

Or please follow the KBA 1938379 if you donot want to disable save the pdf .
