Need to get memo text from Interest Rate Instrument

We need to retrieve the memo text values from the Interest Rate Instrument. See attached.

I found that standard app is using the function module READ_TEXT but this object not a released api.

Purpose code is defined in SSCUI Define Payment Reasons 

Which is then can be used in TRM Manual Maintenance of Payment Reason in Financial Transactions 

Following “text” fields which are sent into payment request are present in the CDS View I_PaymentProposalItem.

Zuonr  = assignment

Xblnr   = external reference in the deal

Custom Reference Fields can be included in the Payment Medium refer the help document Including Custom Reference Fields
