Need to create a custom adobe form when printing sample drawing instructions in QA02

Hi team,

I need to create a custom adobe form when printing sample drawing instructions in QA02. The requirement is that when data is present for the sampling instructions in QPRS table, custom form should be triggered. Else if no data is found standard form QM_SAMPLE_INSTR should be triggered. How can I achieve this? Any help is appreciated.
