As I understand from you question you are finding tax code of a material with plant at the time of purchasing. Please correct me if any thing wrong. If you need only Tax code of a material with plant then you can fetch the detail from the standard report by using T-Code ME2M in which all details which you mentioned. You can also explore transaction ME2L, ME2N, ME2W etc.
