Need to add WBS ELement in teams and Responsibility app

Need to add WBS element in type journal entry in responsibility definition tab in teams and responsibility app.

We found one blog we tried to do wrt like that but getting error.

Hi jagoda_drwiega_VICOLAND,

I have followed the blogs which you have shared but, in this configuration, Define Custom Responsibility Definitions itself there it is asking the field type but we are unable to select the type of the field as it is greyed out.

Please help me on this.
