Hello,

Thank you very much for your question and sorry for the late reply.

Can you please check whether the following information (GenAI was used to help generate this content) solves your issue?

To add columns such as ‘Outline Agreement’, ‘Agreement Item’, and ‘Info Records’ to the PM Task List component section, you can use the Data Source Extensions feature in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This allows you to enhance the standard Fiori UIs by including fields that are not available by default.

Steps to Add Columns:

  1. Access Custom Fields and Logic App:

  2. Create Data Source Extension:

  3. Select Fields:

    • In the available fields tree, navigate to the fields you want to add, such as ‘Outline Agreement’, ‘Agreement Item’, and ‘Info Records’.
    • Select these fields and they will appear in the Selected Fields section.
  4. Customize Field Labels:

    • You can change the field label and tooltip text by selecting the Custom Text checkbox and entering your desired text.
  5. Publish Extension:

    • Once you have selected and customized the fields, publish the extension.
    • The new fields will be available for all users in the PM Task List component section.

Note:

  • Ensure you have the necessary authorization to perform these actions.
  • If the fields are not available in the data source, you may need to check if they can be added through custom fields or logic.

For more detailed guidance, refer to the SAP documentation on Data Source Extensions and Custom Fields.

Kind regards,

Henrike
