Hi Team, We have a requirement to add a new tab at PM order operation header screen to capture the reason for non-attainment of operations and it has to be user defined field, need your suggestions achieve the changes. Thanks Sharanakumar

Have you looked at using the user fields that SAP provides in customising transaction OILJ?
Thats at the WO Operation level.
