Need Different Material documents for the Issue and receipt

Hi All,

Once i confirm the production order system gives me the same Material document number for the Issue and the receipt items .

I need to have different Material document numbers for each component issue and receipts.

What necessay settings needs to be done?

Dear shishir

often customers want this vice-versa. Please see FAQ for the automatic goods movements 540392 question 10, see question and answer.

In case of goods movements posted in decoupled mode, for technical reasons goods receipt and goods issue are done in 2 different material documents.

So if you need 2 documents, you have to post the goods movements in decoupled mode. How to do this note 208477 is explaining. You have to add a control key in OPK4 which define the goods movements are posted in update mode.

This should fit you requirement.
