Need Clarification on Authorization Change log screen

Dear Experts,

We are trying to get details from Authorization change log screen, 

Its showing "User Confirmation from NO to YES  and  YES to NO" frequently. 

Kindly clarify me where its come from, Because there is no user confirmation in authorization screen.

please refer the screen shot and attached file FYR,

You didn't mention the SAP Business One version and patch.

Check the SAP KBA 3065424.

Thanks for your quick response.

We are using SAP B1 9.3 PL04.

We need more clarification on this to satisfy our client.

That mentioned "User Confirmation" (plz ref screen shot), Where it is comes from to this change log.
Why its showing frequently.
