native report showing on-the-fly SO Ship-To

Rather than using a Business Partner as the Ship-To address for a Sales Order, it is possible to manually enter a Ship-To address into a Sales Order on-the-fly.

Does anyone know if the content of these on-the-fly Ship-To addresses appear in any native reports?

Is it possible to achieve this using ABAP code. The need is to change ship-to-address from VA02 and verify the same using external API and modify the address via user exit, badi or anything

Did you consider one-time customers (CPD Account Group)?

You can populate the address in the documents, and you can track it. I recommend checking the following documentation:

• In the Track Sales Order Details app, you can display the name and address at header level, including for sold-to party one-time account and ship-to party one-time account.

Please note that you should analyze your requirement before creating the Master Data.
