My team member accidentally Generated Object for IT0001 on the PM01->IT Tab

We wanted to generate a new customer include on the single screen tab, but one of our member accidentally generated new object for the infotype 0001  on the IT tab of PM01

It caused some inconsistencies and errors on PA30 when trying to save IT0000 record as below

After we checked, the program MP000100 for IT0000 has changed.

v1 picture is the module pool before IT0001 object got overwritten on PM01

v2 picture is the module pool after IT0001 got overwritten on PM01

Is there anyway to revert back the accidental generation of IT0001?
