From SAP S/4HANA CLOUD 1902 onwards the 'Forward' option is available to a workflow administrator as part of the Workflow Administration App (SWI_ADM_CLOUD)

Hi Brian, my client is on 1902 and there is no Forward option in the Workflow Administration (as is possible in the on premise version using SWIA)

What if the user left the company and forgot to assign a permanent substitute? How to get this users all approval task in his inbox? Which app can be used?
