Hello everyone,
We have a server with SQL server 2012 and SAP B1 9.2 PL 03. Once in a while, the mobile users cannot log in and when we log in SAP B1 with user 'manager' it asks the EULA to be signed.
We checked the SAP Note 1708426 and there were some users that field U_NAME was null. We have fixed that.
Also checked SAP Not 1961206. We use static key for encryption.
We always make sure to sign the EULA with user manager, on the server's client and client start in run as admin mode.
SAP runs with 2 instances of DI proxy server for the production database.
Its an issue that does not appear very often, but we wish so solve it.
Thank you
Dear Maria,
Thanks for your professional description. I'm glad to see you have found relevant notes already, have you also checked if
SAP Note 2372759 - EULA window popup when you switch company if you enabled Windows Authentication also matches your case?
If not, I suggest to create an incident to your partner/SAP, see SAP Note 722980. I'm sure the colleagues will quickly find a solution.
Best regards, Peter

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your quick response. We will try later in the day the SAP Note that you mention, when the users aren't logged in. You are right, we use Windows Authentication and there is a UDF only created for the production DB, so that must probably be the cause. Since, its an issue that doesn't come up often, I will close this thread. In case it comes up again after the changes, we'll create an incident it to SAP, as you advised.
Kind Regards, Maria.
