Multiple partners partners assigned to single condition contract in ReFX

Hi Experts,

We have an internal staff contract that includes multiple business partners (employees) assigned to it. We have maintained the posting parameters for each partner assignment. We are currently assigning the business partner. but in the condition tab tab is there an option to assign all business partners under a single condition type rather than multiple conditions for the same cost?

Hi yes this is possible. You'll have to make sure that in view V_TIVBPOBJROLE you allow "multiple assignments" for the role that you want to assign to the contract.

Once you have done that you can assign multiple BP's to the same contract. In the tab Posting Parameters you'll have to update the Term Category Postings and at the bottom of the screen where you see the Partner field you can now select value $MORE$PAR$  Multiple Partners (condition split).

This will open another section where you can select the BP's to be assigned and specify the payment details and equivalency of how the condition should be split.
