Multiple MBGMCR IDocs are triggering for single material document having multiple line items

Hello Experts,

Currently we are using MBGMCR message type to send the IDocs to external system.  The MBGMCR IDocs are triggered in multiple for single material document having multiple line items.  For example when I save the material document with 5 line items, for each line items the IDoc is triggered, i.e. 5 MBGMCR IDocs.

My requirement is to trigger one single IDoc for all the 5 line items of the material document.

Kindly help how to achieve this.

Can anyone please help as I am also facing the same issue with IDOC basic type

WMMBID02.

For single Material document having multiple line items, the duplicate IDOC are triggering.

Hi Nikhil,

Sorry for delayed response. The issue in my case got fixed by adding item number (zeile) in where condition while select query from MSEG in the IDOC. That fixed my issue. Not sure what is your case if this helps.
