Multiple License Types Assigned Through Business Role Not Displayed for User Under User Subscription

Why do all users under the User Subscription display only one license type category, even though an employee has been assigned multiple license types?

As per standard system behavior, only the highest license type is displayed in the User Subscription. For example, if an employee has both a Standard Enterprise User license and a Project Management license, the system will only show the Standard Enterprise User license, as it is has highest Licensed Users.
