Good afternoon,
I have created a batchjob to create automatic deliveries. One delivery should always be created, even if the stock is too low.
However, when the stock for a material is too low, the batchjob keeps creating multiple deliveries with only the material that does not have sufficient stock. The quantity in those deliveries is always 0.
What is happening here and how can I prevent it?
Kind regards,
Floyd
Set B against "Check quantity 0" to your delivery item category in 0vlp. This will restrict deliveries being created with zero quantity. Next, if your requirement is to generate only one delivery, go to customer master shipping tab where you set as under
By setting D & 1, if you try to create second delivery, system would trigger the below warning message
Since this would only be a warning message, system will allow to proceed further but since you wanted to restrict this, go to ovm1, select this VL-025 and change it to "E"
