Multiple counter plan order not being generated

Hello! I am currently working on a multiple counter plan , when i schedule the plan after i pass the first cycle , an order is generated but as shown below when  i pass the second cycle no order is generated 

I used a cycle  : sequence 1 : 10000 km / 30 days   and sequence 2 : 30000 km / 40 days

Can someone explain to me why and what i am doing wrong ?

Hi,

In the T-code IP30 add your plan number and enter 40 Days in the field Interval for call objects.

If still not generating check your plan to see if it was created to generate the work order.
