MS-Word as editor getting error

Hello everyone,

I would like to use Word as an editor in SAP.
We have already installed Note 1091389 - MS Word in SAPscript: Installing new WordTemplate.dot.

The document from SAP is also signed according to our basis.

I get the following message when I go to the editor in SO10, for example:

Error loading the document
Message no. SOFFICEINTEGRATION142

Diagnosis
An internal error has occurred in SAP Document Container Control when loading the document.

Procedure
If this error occurs repeatedly, please enter an error message. Follow the corresponding instructions for creating the log file using the SAPROFFICEINTEGRATIONTRACE1 report.

The Standard SAP Editor is then opened automatically. What can I do?
