MRP4 and component scrap not planing for full package

I have a componenet scrap 5% set on material A which is a component for production of material B.

Full package of material A (200pc) needs to be consumed during production including scrap.

From this I should have 760 pc of material B and 10 pc should go to scrap. This 760 ps is min odrer qty set in material master.

MRP during run is planning material A in qty 199,5 pc which is not full package of 200 pc. Some how 0,5 is missing. Can someone plese help? And explain why?

Based on the Info shared.

It looks System is working fine, there no issue in the Calculation of the Component Qty for AQUA200.
For the Production of 760 Pcs of AUQA1 ( Header Material), you need the Component(AQUA200) of 199.5 L
(This is correct, how the system calcuated this Qty, is shown in the below screenshot)

Hello Reja,

thank you for the explenation. I understand how the sytem behaves and it's calculation. Nevertheless this does not solve the issue for planing purposes. After chceking the options I will go with BOM mamagenet and fixed quantity to solve this.
