In Public cloud, strategy 50 is no longer available. However, From manufacturing point of view, the general business benefit is much the same between strategy S5 and strategy B6， refer to help link Planning Without Final Assembly – Make-to-Order Production with Costing (S5) | SAP Help Portal and Planning Without Final Assembly – Make-to-Order Production Without Costing (B6) | SAP Help Portal。
You can check the detail information for specific strategy by manage your solution (2SL) or CBC(3SL):
Since the configuration of requirement class and requirement type is not open to check in Public cloud,such as account valuation and assignment category which are related to costing。It strongly recommend customers to perform strategy S5 and strategy B6 thorough system testing to find out which one fits the real business needs.
