I have a scenario where there are 2 plants X and Y. When MRP is run in plant X, it checks for stock in plant Y due to the special procurement key and creates an external PR if the material is not available in Y as well. Now consider, PR1 is generated in plant Y, we change it manually and point it to plant X and the PR becomes firm.
When we run the MRP again in plant X, even with the existence of a firm PR, or even if we convert it to PO, it does not consider their presence and creates a duplicate PR for the same qty in plant X for plant Y.
How do I ensure MRP run considers firm PRs and POs when rerun is executed?
