MRP / Production Version

Hi,

We ran the MD01 ( for metarial of U*) but then when we check the MD04 t-code our planned order doesn't contain production plan. We doens't face to this problem not every metarial. We check material card, C223, CA03 everything is normal. What could be the reason for this?

Also then we run the MD02 just for the metarial down below (s*);  the production plan appears inside of planned order.

Could you help us understand why MD01 gives such an error?

you may check the following

1, when running MD01, if you are using Scope of planning field, whether the plant for which you are running the MRP is included in the scope of planning.

2, whether the material has internal production E in the material master MRP2 view

3, whether you are planning type is NETCH ( change in total horizon) and the other planning parameters are Planned order (3) schedule lines (3) create MRP list ( 1) , you can also try with planning mode as 3 ( delete and recreate)
