MRP PR splitting issue

Hi Experts,

My scenario is,

Enter the demand plan for finished goods weekly basis for the net requirement planning ([strategy is 40)

FG Code Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4

A 1000 2000 3000 4000

As per the FG code "A" BOM, my component material is "Z"

The minimum lot size of material "Z" is 20000

based on the above, system propose the first PR for 20000 considering MOQ but the business requirement is

splitting the above PR quantity based on the weekly requirements mentioning the weekly delivery schedule.

PR xxxxxx 1000 delivery date is first week

PR xxxxxx 2000 delivery date should second week

PR xxxxxx 3000 delivery date should third week

PR xxxxxx 14000 delivery date should fourth week but it should consider the complete MOQ

if better split the same PR number instead of generating multiple PR numbers

can anyone help me to find out a solution for the above business case?

That is contradictory - you want to have minimum lot size of 20.000 and at the same time you want to split PR on weekly basis where split quantity is less then minimum lot size. First you need to decide - do you have MOQ or not.

Thanks for the quick response.

MOQ is mandatory because of component material suppliers start production once they got the order (PO) for MOQ.

but the business does not accept delivery of the total quantity in the first week.

that the requirement for PR splitting facility based on weekly requirement.
