MRP Live Scheduling MRP Type X0 Materials

Running S4/Hana and MRP Live.  Planning is done in an external system and integrated into SAP.  Materials planned externally use MRP Type X0.  We have found that MRP Live reschedules planned orders that came from external system and changes dates/times, adding a Detailed Scheduling tab that was not there previously.  The only way we have found to stop this behavior is to exclude certain MRP Controllers from MRP Live.  This works fine with batch jobs, but having trouble stopping end users from running improperly which then creates a mess for the schedulers in the planning system to reschedule their planned orders.  Is there a setting somewhere that would stop this behavior?

You can solve this problem in multiple ways. The reason the planned orders are currently rescheduled because you have activated the advance planning indicator in the material master. Now with MRP LIVE both MRP & Heuristics are running on that material.

1. You can assign a dummy heuristics in S4 side so that MRP LIVE don't touch those orders.

2. Activate the customer extension BADI on the selection screen where you can exclude those materials from the planning run by using the MRP type or controller or other field from customer extension.

3. Deactivate the advance planning. view if you are not using PPDS so that heuristics don't run with MRP Live.

I activated the customer activation for my client as were using PPDS as well with MRP type = X0.
