MRP issue on creating duplicate PR so the stock has increased.

Hi,

For example,On 26.02.19 MRP has Run.It has generated PR for 3 materials since we had stock of 8 materials and maximum stock that should be is 11(11-8).

On 27.02.19 MRP has run .it did not create PR because there in so shortage in Maximum stock quantity.

On 28.02.19 after MRP it has created the same 3 quantity of materials .why did the duplicity had happened?

Note :there is no open sales order also between those dates also.

we run MRP through batch.Planning mode is 1.

Please help me fix.

Here in our case we have no reservation.
the same plant has created PR for some materials with correct quantity .

only for some materials the PR was created with duplicity.
The problem is the goods receipt has also been processed.The stock is also increased.If the PR is marked for cancelling ,then why did it make goods receipt?
There is no exception message displayed.

If i make the tolerance value empty will it affect the other material's PR

we have

Rescheduling horizon as 120
Tolerance value forward 2

Tolerance value for displacement 2
