MRP Elements confirmations not displayed in MD04

Dear All,

I am facing a strange issue in our quality landscape.

When I create a PO, MD04 shows the Purch Order and the PO number with the line Item. However, when I receive any confirmation message, the same is shown as AB or LA under confirmations tab in the purchase order.

But in the MD04 screen, the PO number and the Line item number alone is shown. Succeeding text "LA" or "ÄB"are not showing up.

Production system works fine. I am unable to find the reason even after checking configuration. And I do not feel any config is missing.

Please guide.

Your confirmations are probably not defined as MRP relevant on customizing.

Did you manage to find the solution to this, as I am having the same issue, but in Dev it is fine, in Production it is not working!!

Please check that mrp element shipping notification is set to display in Filter. You can access it by SPRO>Materials Management>CBP > Evaluation > Filters

Also check

SPRO: Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Confirmations -> Set Up Confirmation Control,

For your Confirmation Control Key, given Conf.Category should be marked with checkbox MRP-Relevant.

Yes, already checked that and it is checked for LA in both systems - Prod and Dev, that is the strange thing.
