If there is any provision please tell.

If any customization options pl let me now.

Thanks,

Hello @VARSHESH_JOSHI

What previous data are you talking about? I guess these are old but still open documents e.g. sales orders, deliveries, purchase orders etc. I've been seeing that too often.

MRP has to see a full picture of the supply chain state so it reads all open documents. There is no way for MRP to know if an old open document is still valid or not. You have to close them - delete them, mark them as completed, technically close etc. That can be done fairly quickly with mass processing tools.

Don't try to trick MRP into ignoring those documents as they are only a symptom of a disease. The root cause is lack of data ownership. Users don't feel responsible for their data in the system, they don't understand the meaning of the data and its impact on the processes, thus their ignore outdated documents.

Closing outdated documents is easy, it is just a technical process. However building data ownership is a challenge. It requires change management and education.

If I am right about outdated documents, you have a classic garbage in garbage out situation. You have to clean the house.

@VARSHESH_JOSHI So close that old data, before running MRP - see my answer.
