MRM Refinitiv Data Option - Interest Rates: Only 3 Decimal Places ? We need at least 4 Decimals..

Dear all, 

we have setup MRM Refinitv Data Option to fetch Interest Rates, which is technically working, but mainly ONLY with Number of 3 Decimals like shown here for EURIBEUR06. As you can see LIBORUSD06 is delivered with 5 Decimals. 

We need at least 4 Decimals for all Interest Rates...

Anyone any Idea, how we can get at least 4 Decimals for e.g. EURIBEUR06 ?
