MR11 Errors-Line 1 cancelled but invoice posted so couldn't cancel line - credit note

Hi Friends,

User is unable to clear old intercompany items in MR11. He is getting the following errors. We are ECC 6.0.

Nothing to write off - check against GRIR report
Write off - small difference
No GR
Need copy invoice
Not fully receipted
No GR and PO raised incorrectly
Line 1 cancelled but invoice posted so couldn't cancel line - credit note

Please suggest, how to resolve the issue.
