Hi Sanjay,

You will use the transport system included in S/4HANA Cloud.

you release your transports for scope and organizational structure from the customizing tenant (100) by using the app Export Customizing Transports . These transports are available once the deployment from SAP Central Business Configuration and activation in your development system has taken place.

Dear Marco_Valencia, we will be moving Organizational Structure created in customizing tenant or development tenant of Development System. What is the use of duplicating Organizational Structure already created in customizing tenant and moved to QAS.
