MOC Change Request - Plant field is not visible

I have configured SAP Management of Change (MOC) module in S/4HANA 2021.

When I am creating the change request via the FIORI app 'Create Change Request', I do not see 'Plant' field.

Also region field is not automatically filled from the reference object 'Equipment'.

Am I missing any configuration step?

Check Reference objects configuration has been configured for the CR type
