Mobile Services App creator for SAP Asset Manager doesn't work

Hello!

I'm trying to set up an SAP Asset Manager Mobile Services app on our S/4 HANA System. I'm trying to set up version 2110; we're using S/4 HANA and ABAP Platform 2021 with the initial shipment stack. When I try to create the app via /MERP/CPMS_APPCREATE or SE38 the transaction opens, and I can load the variant for SAM 2110, but when I fill out the details and hit Execute (F8), nothing happens, no error or anything. It doesn't matter whether I enter our correct info or just gibberish either. Has anyone encountered this error before or knows how to find out the error? I've added a screenshot of how I filled out the /MERP/CPME_APPCREATE screen.

Do you see any errors in SLG1?
or do you see any calls in the ICM Log?
